The Law Office of Daniel O’Brien, P.C. | Civil Litigation Attorneys
Dan O’Brien is a civil attorney who practices civil litigation, real estate law, business law, probate and estates and personal injury. The Firm serves clients throughout Hays County, Travis County, the Hill Country, and the State of Texas. Our law firm is located on Highway 290 West between Austin and Dripping Springs, which allows us to conveniently assist clients in Austin, San Marcos and Dripping Springs, as well as many other surrounding communities, including Blanco, Buda, Driftwood, Fredericksburg, Johnson City, Kyle, Lakeway, Oak Hill, and Wimberley, Texas.
The Law Firm provides sophisticated legal work typically found in the larger firms, but with the intimacy of a small law firm. We say that because Dan O’Brien developed his law practice while working in a large Austin firm. The Firm’s size allows us to more easily build personal, one-on-one relationships with our clients. A close working relationship also allows our clients to stay well-informed and, if they desire, have a more active role in addressing their legal matters.
The Law Office of Daniel O’Brien, P.C. is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business and is a member of the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.
Fees and Free Initial Consultation With An Attorney
All cases are different. Therefore, the Firm provides different fee structures for assorted cases, including hourly billing, contingent fee billing*, and blended fees. This flexibility allows us to best serve our clients depending on the nature of the representation sought and the financial circumstances of our clients. Payment is also available by credit card.
With all cases, a member of our Law Firm will meet with you for a free consultation during which we can determine how we can assist you. All initial consultations are cost free.**
If you need legal counsel, please contact us at (512) 615-3580 to make an appointment today. If we are unable to assist you, we will try to refer you to somebody that can.
The information contained in this website is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. Every case is different. You should consult an attorney for specific advice regarding your personal situation.
* With contingent fee arrangements, if a recovery is made, clients are responsible for court costs
and all expenses advanced to prosecute a case. Contingent fee cases will likely be referred to another attorney or law firm. (As a general rule, the Firm does not take small claims cases or landlord-tenant cases on a contingent fee basis.)
** Initial consultations of up to thirty minutes are cost free. The purpose of the initial consultation with an attorney is solely to determine whether the Firm can be of assistance to a prospective client and to ensure that each prospective client is comfortable with the attorneys who would handle their case. By conducting a free consultation, the Firm is not agreeing to provide legal services to the prospective client.
