Daniel O’Brien Joins Hays County Bar Association as Director

Dan O’Brien was elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors and and as Secretary for the Hays County Bar Association for the 2017-2018 term.

Daniel O’Brien Named to Top Attorney List for 6th Year

December, 2015 – Daniel O’Brien was named to the Top Attorney list for “Civil Law – Litigation” published by Fort Worth, Texas – The City’s Magazine for 2015.   The list is compiled using input from attorneys practicing in the Fort Worth area. Although Mr. O’Brien relocated his practice to the Austin area more than three years ago, this is the sixth time that he has been voted to the list in the last eight years.  Dan O’Brien and the Firm continue to successfully serve clients in the Fort Worth area and throughout the State of Texas.

Dan O’Brien Re-Elected as Director of HCWC

Dan O’Brien has been re-elected to the Board of Directors for the Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center (“HCWC“).  HCWC serves child and adult victims of abuse in throughout Hays County.  Mr. O’Brien has served on the Board since 2013.

O’Brien Elected to Lead Community Association

(September 2015) Dan O’Brien was elected to the Board of Directors for the Belterra Community Association.  Belterra is a master-planned community in Hays County, Texas with more than 1,600 families.  Mr. O’Brien was elected to serve as President of the Association.
