Our Team

Licensed in in Texas 2001, Mr. O'Brien's practices has primarily focused on general and commercial litigations matters, including real estate matters, business disputes, contractual disagreements, and insurance matters.  Dan O'Brien also handles probate and estate matters and alternative dispute resolution matter (mediation and arbitration).  In addition to be admitted to practice law in Texas, Mr. O'Brien is admitted to practice before all federal courts in Texas, including federal district courts in the Western District of Texas (2003), the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals (2006), and the Supreme Court of the United States (2007).
